The Beauty of Fall in Northeast TN

I Just love this time of year.  God is such an amazing painter!  The trees are just gorgeous. Yellow, red, orange and green.  My family & I enjoy long autumn drives up the mountains to enjoy the fall foliage.  But just like most things in life it will soon be  gone and all the leaves will have fallen and the cold of winter will be upon us once again.  Since I don't work any longer , thanks to my severe RA,the snow no longer bothers me as I hate to drive in the snow no matter how little it is.  I do however love watching it snow.  Reminds me of being a kid when we would get outta school for snow days.  O' to be a kid again.  No major worries or cares in the world.  I wasn't sickly then like I am now.  What I would give to have those days back.  Many , including me back then, don't realize what they have till it is gone (me referring to good health)  Good health has been long gone now  going on 20 years. Someone living with chronic pain can only do one thing....what is it?  Take one day at a time.  Today may be good day and the next few days  or weeks or even months could be very bad.  Live for the good days & take it easy and relax on the bad days.  Its all anyone can do when suffering with Chronic pain. God Bless & enjoy the beautiful colors of fall before, like everything else in life seems to do, .....has gone.
