A Little About Me!
So, lets see.  What do ya wanna know?  I'm happily married (16years now) to my husband Richie and together we have two great kids. Lexy (13) & Mason (8) .  Things can get a little crazy around our house with two kids and two furbabies.  What are fubabies?  My two pups.  Dash just turned 3 and he is part Shih tzu & part Maltese and a 2 year old Maltese pup named Kendall.  I live in the mountains of Northeast TN.  Here is the view from my front porch.
Fall is simply a gorgeous time of year here.  The mountain colors I can't seem to get enough of.
Then as quick as the fall comes the mountains will be caped with a blanket of snow
I'm pretty laid back till you "step on my toes"  or mess with my family.  I love being crafty and creating things.  I admit I'm hooked on Pinterest.  It is my drug lol. If I could I would glitter my whole house hahaha ( my daughter can't stand glitter) so it drives her crazy.    I love watching movies.  Mostly comedy movies or romantic comedy movies and maybe the occasional thriller but no gore or horror movies.  Just not my thing.  It grosses me out to see gore movies.  I love love love to laugh and just have fun.  I'm a HUGE   friends show fan.  I pretty much watch it everyday and can quote it before they even say it but I still laugh every time.  I'm a HUGE Taylor Swift fan!  Can't wait till she starts touring again.  That is always on my "Must see" list.   Some might say I'm obsessed with NYC.  I can't really deny it.  I do absolutely love the big apple.  I got to go last year on my dream vacation to the big city and stayed 7 days.  My husband and I went nonstop trying to squeeze in as much as we could.  We saw Times Square, Statue of Liberty, took several double decker bus tours , Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Central Park and even got a tour of the big city at night.  It was a vacation I will never ever forget.
I am now disabled thanks to 19 year battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis.  I have a degree in and am certified in Medical Billing and Coding which unfortunately does me no good now that i can't hold down a job. I have made it my mission in life to raise Rheumatoid Arthritis Awareness and Invisible Illness Awareness.  The media display it as an ache or pain and not for the severe life changing disease that it truly is.  How are we to raise any kind of true awareness with so much misrepresentation!??!  I'm using any social outlet I can to try and raise awareness.  I currently have an autoimmune arthritis support group on facebook called RA Tray and am on Twitter under the same name and now I've entered the blogging world.  I didn't think blogging was for me but after a friend started doing it I thought i would give it a shot and now I'm hooked.
Some days are good  with RA and life seems some what normal and the pain isn't so bad and others are terrible.  All anyone living with chronic pain can do is to live and take each day one at a time and live for the good days and rest on the bad ones.

I hope you enjoy my blog. If you do please take the time to leave a comment. It encourages me to keep on writing and fighting for awareness and makes me feel like I am getting some were.
Well I can't think of anything else to tell you so just ask if you think of something I left out. Happy Blogging!
Talk to you soon =)
